Lumbar disc herniation is one of the most common diseases in spinal surgery. Treatment is divided into non-surgical and surgical approaches. For surgical treatment, conventional surgery, microsurgery, limited surgery (chemodissolution therapy), and percutaneous laser discectomy have been used successively for a long time, achieving certain clinical effects.
